Submission Guidelines

1. Registration
Registration is easy—visit design730.org, choose a category, then fill in the details. Due to COVID, this years event will be entirely remote and we will be utilizing Dropbox for contest submissions. Please download a copy of your confirmation email and upload it to your Dropbox folder along with your entries. Entries without a confirmation form will not be included in the competition.

2. Confirmation Forms
Upon completing the registration and online payment process, please download the confirmation form and upload it with your entries. An entry confirmation form must be uploaded with each entry—therefore, you will want to upload multiple copies for entries with more than one item. This allows entries to be tracked throughout the judging process and maintain anonymity.

3. Entry Preparation
Entries are considered either a single category or an integrated campaign. Variations of one entry are considered a single entry (for example, packages for different flavors or sizes of the same product). Integrated Campaign entries refer to systems that cross multiple applications, such as stationery, email templates, on-site signage, etc. for the same client.

Any entry that has a physical component should have high quality photography uploaded to their Dropbox folder. Entries are only judged by digital submission. Environmental designs (or 3D work) may be photographed. All entries are judged digitally.

The digital file upload portion of the registration process is NOT how entries will be judged. It is solely for the display of winning entries on the design730.org site.

Please be sure to upload the corresponding confirmation form to each entry. Entries without a confirmation form uploaded will not be included in the competition.

Again, All work will be judged digitally.

For interactive entries: Please submit a link in the Files section during the online registration process.

  • Websites will be viewed online. Please include any necessary instructions.
  • For app entries, please include a link to the app store and any download codes if necessary.

All winning submissions will be displayed AS-IS—whatever is submitted will be shown in the awards exhibition

Again, all work will be judged digitally via a Dropbox file.

4. Entry Submission

All entries will be uploaded to a Dropbox folder. A Dropbox File Request link for entries to be uploaded through will be provided on the confirmation page. Please remember to include a copy of confirmation form with your submission files.

5. Payment

Payment must be made via design730.org at the time of registration. No cash or checks will be accepted.
