To engage and inform the public regarding the major construction initiative happening below ground surface, to repair and rebuild the Doan Valley Storage Tunnel system. Through a series of bold and visually impactful construction banners located on-site in University Circle, the narrative of the importance of this project to the health of Lake Erie is translated. The hundreds of feet of banner design acts as both a public art installation, as well as an educational tool to spark curiosity and raise public awareness.
